Frequently asked questions
What does MAP cost?
You buy one credit per tournament; its size follows the number of athletes. No subscription, no base fee. The credit is only spent once you set the tournament to “running” – if it is cancelled, you get it back. Current prices are in the app.
Do athletes or parents need an account?
No. Entries come through the club or the tournament's registration link, and the live view is open to everyone.
What equipment do I need in the hall?
Ordinary computers with a browser are enough: scoreboard, projector and scoring all run in one. Judges use a pad, a gamepad or their own phone. No special competition hardware required.
Which martial arts does MAP support?
43, from karate through taekwondo and judo to kickboxing. Fighting and forms stand side by side as equals.
Can I get to know MAP for free?
Yes – through events: seminars, courses and celebrations cost no credit, including public registration, waiting list and their own till. That way you get to know MAP in everyday use. A tournament then needs a credit.
