Four stages, one tool

A tournament is not a single day, it is a road that runs for weeks. MAP is there at every stage – with the same data from start to finish.

Announcement

Create the tournament, define the competitions, publish: all in one place.

Competitions and age classes · Announcement as a page and a PDF · Entry fee rules

Registration

Clubs register their athletes online through the tournament's registration link – collected in one place and theirs to correct until entries close. You can see at any time who is coming and who has paid.

Registration without athlete accounts · Waiting list with automatic promotion · Payment status per club

Tournament day

Draw, bout lists, call-up, scoreboard, projector: one tool for the whole hall. Without internet, too.

Bracket and schedule · Scoreboard and mat pad · Hall host for emergencies

After the event

Results, certificates and the medal table are ready that same evening, not next week.

Certificates as PDFs · Medal table · Statistics and report

Why MAP

A tournament day without internet

Hall Wi-Fi gone? The hall host takes over and plays everything back afterwards. Your tournament carries on.

No subscription

One credit covers exactly one tournament. It is only spent when the tournament starts – if the event is cancelled, you get it back.

Fighting and forms

Knockout, double elimination, pool rounds – and forms scoring with a cut-off: one system, one registration, one schedule.

Spectators in the middle of it

“Follow athlete” by QR code, the call-up on your phone, a live ticker and the award ceremony on the projector: the hall sees what is happening.

More than the tournament day

Gradings

Plan gradings, collect registrations, record results. Every grade passed goes into the athlete's grading history, certificate included.

Courses and celebrations

From a seminar to a summer party: your participants sign up through a link, with no account at all – waiting list and its own till included. Events do not cost you a credit.

The tournament day is the acid test

A scoreboard at every mat, the projector for the hall, the call-up on your phone – judges and helpers work through their own links, with no accounts at all. The tournament day page shows how it fits together.

  • The credit is only spent when the tournament starts – planning and collecting registrations before that are free.

Frequently asked questions

What does MAP cost?

You buy one credit per tournament; its size follows the number of athletes. No subscription, no base fee. The credit is only spent once you set the tournament to “running” – if it is cancelled, you get it back. Current prices are in the app.

Do athletes or parents need an account?

No. Entries come through the club or the tournament's registration link, and the live view is open to everyone.

What equipment do I need in the hall?

Ordinary computers with a browser are enough: scoreboard, projector and scoring all run in one. Judges use a pad, a gamepad or their own phone. No special competition hardware required.

Which martial arts does MAP support?

43, from karate through taekwondo and judo to kickboxing. Fighting and forms stand side by side as equals.

Can I get to know MAP for free?

Yes – through events: seminars, courses and celebrations cost no credit, including public registration, waiting list and their own till. That way you get to know MAP in everyday use. A tournament then needs a credit.
